Iniko is a full-service interior design firm that designs homes from concept to completion all over India. We have garnered a reputation for beautifully balanced spaces that feel refreshingly modern and endlessly classic. We create custom interiors for full new builds and renovations that stand the test of time.
Based out of Hyderabad, our team has designed over a hundred projects, which has led us to develop and refine a seamless process to help our clients navigate each step. Our designers collaborate from the floor plan development, interior drawings, custom cabinetry, finishes, and selections: furniture, lighting solutions, painting, wallpapers and full turn-key installations.

Architectural Review
We work with your architect to review electrical plans, angles, and space planning so that every detail functions with the end goal in mind, from flow to floor plan.
Exterior Design
We can design and install doors and UPVC/ Aluminium windows to create a beautiful and cohesive facade with the interiors of your house.
Interior Design
We design and install the finest modular kitchens and wardrobes that suit your individual tastes. Guaranteed with top quality materials and transparent warranties.
Furniture Design
We design and produce all of the furnishings you need in your home from upholstery to dining chairs, incorporating any heirloom or sentimental pieces you have in the process.
Project Management
From false ceilings, to painting and wallpaper selections we'll handle all of the details of the process from start to finish to ensure that everything is organised, on time, and on track.

Process
Client’s often don’t know what to expect during the interior design process, so we’ve put together our guide to the design process that we undertake across our projects.

Feasability
This initial phase of the project includes preliminary studies of the site or property. We will find out more about you and your design ambitions for the project along with your timescales & budgets, We'll work with you to build a detailed brief and identify your design preferences.

Development
Throughout the design development stage we get into the detail of the scheme. We'll refine the internal layouts and specify key finishes and materials for the floors, walls, furniture etc. while we define the lighting concepts and electrical requirements for final sign off.

Production
We will now develop the modular and furniture products as per the Technical Drawings with best in Industry machinery that specifically caters for modular products. You are assured the precise finishings that are presented to you in our designs.

Installation
Once on-site works are complete we will dispatch our modular products to be assembled on site. Selected Furniture is then dispatched once the modular installation is complete.

Concept
Concept Design is the beginning of the creative process. We'll develop architectural layouts for your property as we begin to investigate finishes, design styles and influences. We'll create renders and early 3D models describing the volumetric aspects of the design.

Technical
With the design signed off, we move onto the Technical Design stage where we prepare a co-ordinated, fully-detailed, technical construction pack for the project.

Project Management
At this stage we will mobilise our teams and coordinate on on-site works like false ceilings, paintings and wallpapers.

Handover
As the project concludes we will visit the site to inspect all the works. We will have a walkthrough with our clients in their new homes to make sure everything is handed over to them as per their design tastes.
