HOW IT BEGAN

The site is located in a vast six acre farm land in the outskirts of Hyderabad. The Architectural Plan of the house was beautifully planned out all in one level spanning across an area of One Acre. The house plan has large windows from every room with a beautiful view of the gardens outside. The layout accommodated for a large spacious open floor plan from the living room, Dining and a Dry Kitchen. There was also an area for a Wet Kitchen to facilitate heavy cooking during huge family gatherings and parties.

WHAT WE DID

When our dear client approached us with this project on mind, we fell in love with the concept and feel of the house. We have suggested and incorporated solid wooden doors to match the wilderness outside. We have then went on to give large black aluminium frame windows to retain the feeling of living in nature. We have suggested natural stone cladding for the living room TV unit. And a clay wall mural near the dining area.

The dry kitchen and wet kitchens have both been designed with laminate options for easy low maintenance. The finish however is different for both. We went for a dark grey concrete finish laminate for the dry kitchen to keep in theme with the rawness of the house. And a matt nude finish for the wet kitchen paired beautifully with patterned tiles.

All three rooms have been designed in similar style with wooden ceilings and Solid wood beds and closets. We have designed the Master Bedroom with a unique beam style solid wooden ceiling in a lighter sand yellow colour!
