HOW IT BEGAN

The house is located at a comfortable 10 mins drive from the financial hub of the city! This is a perfect sweet spot that gives just the right amount of quiet once you’re back home! The house is spacious and with enough warm sunshine peeping in from every corner!

WHAT WE DID

When we first met our dear client, we understood that she was leaning towards different shades of veneer finished products in her home. We also know that she loves collecting antique items and furniture. So we knew instantly that we had to bring a modern take on designing products while using traditional finishes like veneer! 

To start off we have designed a see through partition with different geometrical shapes and simple light colours to break the heaviness of the house. We have also taken to the TV unit with different geometrical shapes to keep in tune with the living room. We have designed a centre table in different levels to break the heaviness, yet also give good storage options!

The Kitchen was designed with veneer finish and an island in between. The island has seating options and some storage on the other side. The tall units have been given two finishes, veneer in line with the rest of the kitchen and Aluminium tall unit to break the monotony.

The rooms were all designed with solid wood beds and veneer finished wardrobes. The Wardrobes are all with aluminium frames to support the height of the doors. We have provided multiple small consoles and simple TV units in all rooms and common areas keeping in mind the antiques that are to be displayed!
