Iniko offers a warranty on all products against defects in materials and craftsmanship. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is valid for One Year from the date of purchase.
What Is Covered In Warranty
- Defects in materials or workmanship that affect the functionality or safety of the product.
- Issues that arise under normal use and maintenance as outlined in the product care instructions.
What Is Not Covered In Warranty
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or neglect.
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, and fading.
- Modifications made to the product that were not authorized by Iniko.
- Damage caused by accidents or natural disasters.
- Any Stains, and scratches on the cloth will not be responsible after receiving the product.
- Any dimensional variations caused by Seasonal climatic changes.Ā
- Damage due to termites, borers, or other pests.
Our Claim Process
To file a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

- Provide Proof: Submit photos and video of the defect along with a copy of your original purchase receipt.
- Review: Our team of experts will review your claim and may request additional information if necessary.
- Resolution: If your claim is approved, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion.
