Thank you for choosing INIKO. Your satisfaction is our top priority. By completing a purchase, you accept the terms and conditions stated below. We would like you to read them carefully.
We would like you to be happy with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your order, you may return eligible items within 7 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Replacement Policy
If you encounter any transportation damage or if you observe any manufacturing defects for the assembled products within 7 days of receiving your order, we provide a full replacement solution within 14 working days. Please make sure to include photographs or unboxing videos that clearly show the defects.
Return Procedure
To initiate a return or request a replacement, please contact our team at reach@iniko.in with the reason for returning and unboxing video.
Refunds and Order Changes
Refund Policy
After installation is completed, our technician will take your signature, and from that moment onwards, our return and refund policy may not be applicable.
For the assembled products refunds will be processed within 3 to 7 business days after we receive the returned items. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.Ā Please note that the actual time for the credit to appear may vary based on your bank.
Refunds: A full refund is available only if the order is canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.
Order Modifications: Changes are permitted at the discretion of Iniko. Additional charges may apply based on labor and materials, and changes may also delay delivery.
Discounted Orders: Refunds on these orders will not include the discount amount. Vouchers are one-time use, non-refundable, and non-transferable.

Pricing Adjustments
Iniko reserves the right to adjust prices or correct any pricing errors.
Order Confirmation and Acceptance
- A confirmation email will be sent to you which indicates acceptance of the order by Iniko.
Delivery
Once the order is confirmed, the product will be delivered within 2-3 weeks. You can track your orders on our website.

- Color differences may be due to screen variations.
