Shipping

• Iniko ships products through our trusted delivery partners.
• We will send you an email with dispatch information and carrier details once your order has shipped.
• We are unable to change the delivery address once items are on their way. If any change in delivery address, you must inform our customer care before the product gets dispatched.
• Please note that if the delivery address is changed after the order is placed, additional shipping charges will be applied based on the updated address.
• The recipient’s signature is necessary upon receipt of all orders.

Delivery Times 

• Estimated delivery times will be provided at the time of order. While we strive to meet these timelines, we cannot guarantee them due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Our customer care team can provide additional details about the order status if you request them via WhatsApp / email.
