Apartment, Vijayawada

Walnut & Stone Residence

An apartment finished room by room. The kitchen centres on a waterfall stone island with smoked-glass shutters, and a floating walnut console holds the pooja corner. The living room pairs a walnut TV unit with a lit glass display, while bedrooms get full-height wardrobes and a glass-fronted walk-in closet.

Sattva Magnus Residence

An apartment finished room by room. A curved white foyer unit floats beside the main door, with a display ledge for keepsakes. The dining wall pairs warm wood-grain uppers with sage green base cabinets and a lit marble backsplash. The kitchen continues in sage, with smoked-glass shutters and quartz counters, while the living room’s TV wall carries fine rose-gold inlays. In the kids’ room, honey-toned wardrobes with hand-painted elephant and lotus panels frame a cosy window seat.

SATTVA MAGNUS

An apartment finished room by room. A teak main door opens to a slim shoe cabinet and floating shelves. The living room pairs a floating TV unit with a smoked-glass display under linear lights. The U-shaped kitchen has matte beige cabinets and quartz counters, and every bedroom gets floor-to-ceiling wardrobes with lit interiors.

Residence in a Prime Location

An independent house finished room by room. A mirrored foyer wall and marble floors lead to a double-height living room, a formal sitting room and a dining area under a linear chandelier. The kitchen centres on a curved stone island, the pooja room has carved teak doors, and every bedroom has its own wardrobes, with walk-in closets behind green glass.

Chic Habitat

A six-bedroom villa in Kokapet and our largest home so far. We made and fitted all the woodwork, from the wet and dry kitchens to tall wardrobes in every bedroom.

A courtyard house inspired by the family’s 150-year-old manduva home. A jungle-green kitchen with gold trim, his and hers closets in light oak veneer, and a walk-in closet with glass display doors.

City residence

Serenity in the City

A warm, sunlit home for a client who collects antiques. Veneer runs through the kitchen, wardrobes and consoles, lightened by a geometric partition and TV wall.

Nature’s Nest

A single-level home on a six-acre farm, with garden views from every room. The dry kitchen is finished in a dark concrete-look laminate, the wet kitchen in a matt nude, and the living room TV wall is clad in natural stone.
